Born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, graduate of Lock Haven High School. Board of Palmer Museum of Art (Past Chairman of Board since inception and Expansion Building Committee); Pennsylvania Senator's Committee for selection of Federal Judges and United States Attorneys. Until retiring was a paralegal after being executive secretary to the manager of a local industry. Member of President's Advisory Council at Penn State University. Son-Robert C. Marshall, Jr. Granddaughters-Andrea and Jennifer; Great granddaughters-Olivia and Alana; Great Grandson-Gage.
